Building Inspection Report Process / Steps

A signed agreement is required to perform inspection

Access to building is arranged through the agent or vendor direct

I can arrange for a combined Building & Pest inspection at the same time minimising disruption to the Owner or Tenant

If the building is tenant occupied they may require 48 hrs notice for access

Vacant buildings will be inspected as soon as the agreement has been signed

Report can be emailed to you and/or Conveyancer, Solicitor in expectation of faster settlement if requested

Areas of elevated moisture reading will be clearly identified

Sub-floor to roof void and roof covering and areas in between will be visually inspected

Condition of painting externally and internally will be included in the report

You are welcome to accompany me during the inspection if you wish

I can provide a list of other trades to perform remedial work if requested
